Does Ziereis Facsimiles have discounts for institutions and regular customers?
Yes, because we want to reward loyalty. By the way, we send orders to our regular customers and institutions on account and they are the first to find out about new releases, special offers, and events.
What does the price display in €-signs mean?
This price display is intended to show visitors the price range for the respective facsimile edition:
€: up to 1,000 EUR
€€: up to 3,000 EUR
€€€: up to 7,000 EUR
€€€€: up to 10,000 EUR
€€€€€: more than 10,000 EUR
By the way: If you register on our website, you will be shown the exact price for many editions.
How can I order?

How can I pay?
Very conveniently! You pay within 100 days of receipt if you order for a university, museum, or public facility. As a private collector, you will receive your facsimile immediately after receipt of payment. You can pay conveniently and easily by bank transfer or PayPal.
How do you ship?
Very Safely! We pack very conscientiously and ship with DHL, FedEx, or UPS - quickly and safely. You will be kept up to date at all times and your shipment is insured of course .
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing or very little! We have free shipping in Germany. Starting at 10€ in Europe / USA / worldwide. By the way, we only calculate the pure transport costs - no charges for packaging or organization!
Can I also pick up my facsimile from you in Regensburg?
Of course you can also pick up your facsimile directly from us in the "Old Town" of Regensburg! We only ask for a prior appointment.
What are your office hours?
We are only open to customers by appointment. Since we often travel and we would like to set aside some time for you during our meeting, we ask you to make an appointment with us before your visit. You can reach us at any time by email or by phone during normal office hours.
